Our Consultation Policy
Potential clients seeking representation should compete the below intake form. Cases are screened to see if they are a good fit for both the potential client and our firm. Staff conducting the screenings are not allowed to give legal advice. If the case is a good fit, there may be a consultation fee, depending on the type of case. Consultation fees are $100 for 20 minute call or video conference, and $250 for 1 hour in-person consultation. For cases that are not a good fit, we attempt to an attorney or organization that may be able to help.
